Local Delivery - Super-fast, personal delivery - same day or next day from our Zoar's fleet of vans:

  • Orders up to £200 - £5.00
  • Orders over £200 - FREE

Local customers are free to use the nationwide delivery options as well, but note the limitations on heavy and / or bulky items.

National Delivery - We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for orders over £30:

  • Orders £75+ - FREE

Heavy / Bulky Items

For those items that are too large or heavy for a courier to transport, we charge £7 additional cost to each item added. These items are marked Bulky / Heavy on the website.

Note: the £7 charge per item is only applicable on national delivery that uses Royal Mail or couriers. There is no surcharge on local delivery whatever the total order amount.

Collection

Order before 4pm (2pm on Sundays) for same day collection at our Neath store. Allow an hour before collecting and bring proof of purchase (confirmation email). Available 7 days a week (minus seasonal and bank holidays).

Waterlife has introduced new smaller size bottles of their popular water conditioners – Haloex
Haloex neutralises chlorine, chloramine, fluorine found in tap water which are damaging to fish’s bodies and gills.
Haloex also binds toxic heavy metals. In addition, Haloex contains the soothing powers of aloe vera, helping tissue damage.
