Local Delivery - Super-fast, personal delivery - same day or next day from our Zoar's fleet of vans:

  • Orders up to £200 - £5.00
  • Orders over £200 - FREE

Local customers are free to use the nationwide delivery options as well, but note the limitations on heavy and / or bulky items.

National Delivery - We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for orders over £30:

  • Orders up to £30 - £3.95
  • Orders £30 - £75 - £5.95
  • Orders £75+ - FREE

Heavy / Bulky Items

For those items that are too large or heavy for a courier to transport, we charge £7 additional cost to each item added. These items are marked Bulky / Heavy on the website.

Note: the £7 charge per item is only applicable on national delivery that uses Royal Mail or couriers. There is no surcharge on local delivery whatever the total order amount.

Collection

Order before 4pm (2pm on Sundays) for same day collection at our Neath store. Allow an hour before collecting and bring proof of purchase (confirmation email). Available 7 days a week (minus seasonal and bank holidays).

New Tetra Holiday Menu, offering protein-rich pellets and tasty krill to all ornamental fish for a more diverse diet during holiday periods. The gel food block with BioActive formula also contains daphnia together with the essential vitamins, trace elements and minerals that fish need to stay healthy.

Tetra’s Holiday Menu is also 100% edible, providing fish with a balanced diet for up to two weeks without clouding or contaminating the water.
