Local Delivery - Super-fast, personal delivery - same day or next day from our Zoar's fleet of vans:

Local customers are free to use the nationwide delivery options as well, but note the limitations on heavy and / or bulky items.

National Delivery - We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for orders over £30:

Heavy / Bulky Items

For those items that are too large or heavy for a courier to transport, we charge £7 additional cost to each item added. These items are marked Bulky / Heavy on the website.

Note: the £7 charge per item is only applicable on national delivery that uses Royal Mail or couriers. There is no surcharge on local delivery whatever the total order amount.

Collection

Order before 4pm (2pm on Sundays) for same day collection at our Neath store. Allow an hour before collecting and bring proof of purchase (confirmation email). Available 7 days a week (minus seasonal and bank holidays).

A 100% natural, low lathering, no-rinse wash to thoroughly clean and wash away nasties, without stripping the coat of natural oils. Penetrates deep down to help protect, soothe and calm irritated, bitten areas. Frequent use helps to eliminate dry scurfy areas and maintain healthy skin, hair and coat. Suitable for horses, ponies, donkeys, deer, goats and large dogs. No artificial thickeners. Suitable for sensitive skins. Free from all prohibited substances under current FEI and HRA rules.
